Is my understanding of the extended stamp date and travel plans correct?

Just to make sure: I'm currently on my first SETV which I plan to extend this week for another 30 days. The current stamp says I'm admitted until the 28th of March. According to my calculations, my new stamp should say ''admitted until the 27th of April''. Is this correct? Planning to go to Europe for a month. Does this mean I am able to fly out on the 27th, or should I book a ticket for the 26th to be sure?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is clarifying their understanding of extending a Single Entry Tourist Visa (SETV) for an additional 30 days, inquiring whether their new expiration date would be correct and if flying out on the last day of that extension is permissible. Commenters confirm that the extension will indeed be added to the current expiration, allowing travel as planned.

Flying on 27th April will be fine

You don't need to wait until your current stamp runs out to apply for your extension because they add the 30 days to your current expiration date.

@San***
, make sure you call them to get on the list. To save yourself a trip there email them your data page of your passport, your current visa, arrival stamp and departure card.

I had someone go there last week without calling and they were turned away.

Yes I'm aware of that! Planning to use the service at Bumrungrad this Saturday since I live close by. I assume rejections for extensions are not common?
