Hi everyone, does the embassy keep the documents after the interview or can you take them with you?
Answer summary
The consensus from the community is that the Thai embassy typically does not keep physical documents after a visa interview. Most submissions are electronic, and interviewees generally take their printed documents with them. Some users mentioned that during interviews, the embassy primarily reviews documents as needed, without retaining them. However, experiences can vary by location.

They didn't ask to keep them in Laos. I don't think they even asked to see them. But they were very interested in looking through my banking app on the phone
All the visa submissions are with electronic documents, so no, If they are going to review your documents during the interview, all you're doing is showing them.
