TLDR : Answer Summary
In Ladkrabang, you can either go to the Chaengwattana Immigration Office to submit your TM30 form or opt to mail it in through your nearest post office. Alternatively, check if you can go to the Samut Prakan Immigration office, which might be closer to you.

I live next Paseo Mall on Lat Krabang Road. One half of the estate is technically in Bangkok the other is in Samut Prakan. I use Samut Prakan Immigration.

I would call Samut Prakan Immigration on Monday give them your exact address and ask them (I say call them because you'll get right thru to them :P)

Since Lat Krabang is a khet in Bangkok I don't think it's possible to visit Samut Prakan Immigration even if it's more close than Muang Thong Thani. But if they ask Samut Prakan it would be nice to know. I live in khet Nongchok which is neighbouring Lat Krabang and also very far from Muang Thong Thani.

Or simply go to your closest post office and mail it in with copies of the necessary documents, and a reply paid envelope?

Don't forget to include a self addressed stamped envelope so they can mail the TM30 receipt back to you :)

The TM30 (Section B) is moved to the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office and that's where you'd apply for it
