TLDR : Answer Summary
When filling out the Thailand arrival card, it's not mandatory to provide return flight information. Many travelers reported that they either left the field blank or provided irrelevant details instead. There are no requirements indicated as mandatory (no asterisk next to the field), so it's acceptable to skip it altogether.

You don't have to fill in that field it's not mandatory (there is no asterisks beside the fields for onward travel)

Don't even let your cursor go on to that area of the TDAC and just skip it

You also don't need to put any "visa number" either ๐Ÿ™‚
