ORIGINAL POSTER
Extension based on marriage question.

I just returned to Thailand on August 21st using my re-entry permit. My last TM.47 (90-day report) expired on August 20th.

Since I don’t need to submit my next 90-day report until November, should I bring a copy of the expired TM.47 when applying for my marriage-based extension?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user asked whether they need to bring a copy of an expired TM.47 form (90-day report) when applying for a marriage-based visa extension, given that their last report expired just before they re-entered Thailand. A commenter confirmed that the expired TM.47 is not necessary for the extension since the new entry resets the 90-day counting period. It's also advised to have a TM30 address registration on file.

The old TM 47 is history. No need to bring it with your new extension as Married to Thai as your most recent entry began the 90 day count as being in Thailand.

Be sure to have a TM30 address registration on file with Thai Immigration since you reentered Thailand.
