TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a Myanmar national working in Thailand, seeks clarification on whether a return ticket to Thailand is required when applying for a Non-B multiple entry visa at the Thai embassy in Yangon. They plan to apply for the visa at the end of July and mention the required documents listed on the embassy's website. A comment suggests skepticism about obtaining a year-long multiple entry visa from this consulate, indicating that it's more common to receive a shorter visa instead.

I don't think they'll sell you a year-long, multi-entry Non-B, I think they'll only sell you a 90 day single entry one.

I've not read many (any really) reports of people getting Non-B's from the thai consulate in in Yangon.

Good Luck (y)
