I entered the Kingdom yesterday on a new NON-O (Thai wife) visa. At immigration at the airport I provided my home address on TM6 entry form. When do I have to notify the local Nonthaburi immigration of where I'm staying?

Do I do that when I request the extension to stay before the initial 90 days are up?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After entering Thailand on a NON-O visa, you need to notify your local immigration office (Nonthaburi in your case) of your address within 90 days of your entry. This can be done when you apply for an extension of stay before the initial 90 days expire.
