TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the timing of when a visa is required for entering Thailand, specifically whether it is needed from the first day of arrival. Comments clarify that Swedish passport holders can enter Thailand without a visa under the visa-exempt entry program for 30 days, which can be extended for an additional 30 days at an immigration office. A prompt recommendation is to check the Thai embassy website for updated guidelines.
there is no such thing as Double or Triple entry tourist visas anymore. :/
There is a single entry tourist visa valid for 90 days good for one entry of 60 days
AND
There is a multiple entry tourist visa valid for 6 months good for unlimited entries of 60 days each
You get the 6 month METV from the thai consulate in your country before you come here. You cannot get them in S/E Asia from the thai consulates here

Unfortunately your post doesn't really make that much sense.
You as a swedish passport holder get stamped into thailand without a visa for 30 days on the visa exempt entry program. You can extend that by 30 days for 1900baht at the immigration office then you would have to leave the country.
You can get a single entry tourist visa from a thai consulate BEFORE you come here and that will stamp you in for 60 days and you can extend that for 30 more days for 1900baht at the immigration office
