TLDR : Answer Summary
A Moroccan passport holder with a 60-day single-entry tourist visa can apply for a re-entry permit to maintain their admitted stay period in Thailand. However, re-entry permits cannot be purchased at Krabi Airport; they must be obtained at the Krabi Immigration Office.

The re-entry permit keeps his current Admitted to Stay period alive. That means when he comes back he will get the same date as he has now stamped in his passport. Not possible to buy them at Krabi Airport, he can get one at the Krabi Immigration Office.
