IF you're gonna file a 90 day report by mail you need to have the envelope post marked 14 days before your due date, AND you need to send in a stamped self addressed envelope so they can mail your receipt back to you and you need the following

Filled out TM47

previous 90 day report receipt

copies of:

data page of your passport

visa/extension

most recent entry stamp

TM30 receipt

Kasim Jama Jamaltzr. Further to what Tod has suggested, ensure mail both ways is sent by the EMS track and trace service. It's not expensive.

you don't need the stamped self addressed envelope that they send your receipt back to you in to be EMS, just put a stamp on it.
