ORIGINAL POSTER
Can you leave the country with a 90 day non-B visa? It says right on the stamp to get a re-entry permit if you leave the country, but my employer just told me that I cannot leave the country.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day non-B visa in Thailand allows for exits and re-entries, but it is crucial to obtain a re-entry permit before leaving to avoid invalidation of the visa. The advice from your employer may be specific to your situation or dependent on their understanding, but generally, having a re-entry permit enables travel outside Thailand.
