You can even buy and own a condo. Even visitors can do it. It's not linked to visa category thank God

I not mean country, I mean some of the condo or apartments only accept working visa if you are foreigner, I try to rent a apartment at nonthaburi, they told me that

They probably just didn't like you so they used that as an excuse. Landlords can pick and choose who they want. That can be based on anything, even skin colour. Visa type is irrelevant
