It is very difficult, and I tried many times before I finally kicked it. But the other guy,

, was right… you have to be ready and motivated. I was 39 years old and was having difficulty climbing a flight of stairs. But I smoked a lot. It’s one of the hardest things you’ll do, but the reward is 1,000 times worth it. It’s the best possible thing you can do for your health.
You’ll get there… just recognize when you’re ready, and seize the opportunity 🙏

I made that promise too, and I usually adhere to it. But sometimes I can’t help myself. Here, I was trying to not sound preachy, but to appeal to their sense of practicality.It sounded like they were all going through a major freaking hassle to feed the addiction while traveling internationally, so I just felt compelled to jump in to say, “Hey guys, wouldn’t this be a great time…”.
I knew I would come off as an arrogant A-hole. But what the hell… gotta take risks sometimes.

Oh really 54£ for 10 pouches 500g but in uk 35.30 per 50g (353£) weighing up my options it would be simple buy and risk or buy 10 and give away 5 meaning it cost 10.80 per 50g saving you 24.50 per pouch on uk price
