My son holds an Israeli passport and wishes to cross from Laos to Thailand through Nong Khai land border crossing under the visa exemption program.

During 2023 he entered Thailand twice. Once by land and once by air.

Will he be able to re-enter through the land border crossing?

If so, how many days will he be able to stay in Thailand under visa exemption? 15 or 30 days?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user's son, holding an Israeli passport, can re-enter Thailand via the Nong Khai land border crossing under the visa exemption program. Since he has already entered Thailand twice in 2023, he is permitted one more entry. He will receive a 30-day stay upon re-entry and may also apply for a 30-day extension at a local immigration office.

Yes. 30 days.

If he's only entered Thailand 1 time via land border with visa exempt then he has 1 more land border entry allowed in 2023. He'll receive 30 days on entry and can apply for one 30 day extension from his local immigration office.
