Hello looking for advice please on behalf of my husband. He entered Thailand with Visa on Arrival 30 days on a Danish passport and we just realised it will expire in 2 days! Is it possible to get an extension somehow? Thank you!

If he entered without having bought a visa before be came here he didn't get a visa on arrival 😕 .

Danish people get in for FREE with no visa on what's called a 30 day visa exempt entry.

Be that as it may 😉 He can go to the immigration office that serves the area where he is in thailand and apply for a 30 day extension for 1900baht.

lucky I saw this. I am taking my son for the same reason tomorrow. He also has the visa exempt stamp and needs another 30 days. I thought it was at chaeng wattana still.
