Can I please ask for some advice regarding a working Visa for my partner who is from the UK wishing to work in Thailand.
He requires a Visa that will allow him to work from Thailand for a minimum time of six months.
My boyfriend works for a British company, will continue to pay UK taxes if working in Thailand and his salary will be paid to a UK bank account. He works entirely online for the company, the company has no office in Thailand.
The company and my boyfriend are looking for information on what Visa options are available for him to be able to legitimately work online in Thailand as the company does not want him to work on a tourist Visa as to not break any Thai laws.
