I'm on visa exemption and my last day is May 9. I completely forgot so I went to immigration today to get 30 day extension but it's the holiday and they're back on May 13. 

Can I come back on May 13 (Monday) to get 30 day extension and pay the fine?

Never leave an extension to late in your stay as the days are added to your current exit stamp date

Yes, you can. You will pay a fine for 4 days. An extension would include overstaying days, not starting on the application day.

Be ready and go early. Immigration offices are usually jammed after the long holidays.
