Hello folks, I need to transfer my visa from an expired passport to the new passport. I have the letter from the US Embassy. I also need a re-entry stamp(?) for a upcoming trip to the Philippines and return to Bangkok still on existing visa. I see there are multiple immigration offices in Bangkok; can I go to any of them to handle both issues? Thanks for your help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user needs guidance on transferring a visa from an expired passport to a new one, has the necessary documentation from the US Embassy, and is seeking a re-entry stamp for travel to the Philippines—all while maintaining their current visa. They inquire about the possibility of addressing both issues at any of the immigration offices in Bangkok.
