What is the process for obtaining a Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) and can you recommend an agency?

To obtain a Destination Thailand Visa (DTV), one should apply through the official Thai e-Visa portal. The visa, aimed at remote workers and digital nomads, requires proof of financial stability (a bank balance of at least 500,000 THB), specific documentation based on the chosen activity category (like workcation or cultural classes), and adherence to application procedures. The DTV is a five-year multiple-entry visa allowing 180-day stays per entry, with the option for extensions. For assistance, it is advisable to engage with an agency that specializes in visa processes in Thailand.
