Can I use my TM30 receipt as proof of accommodation for my Ed visa application at the Nongkhai border?

Im going to apply for a Ed visa in Vientiane, when I’ll cross the border to back thailand at Nongkhai my TM30 receipt is ok like proof of accomodation?

you aren't going to need ANY of that when you stamp into thailand at the Nong Khai land border.

Proof of accommodation is as mostly used: Hotel bookings, ownership/lease of house/condo or invitation letter.

No, that will not work, As you left Thailand you need to report again within 24 hours after arriving at an address. Where you stayed during your last visit is not proof of going to stay there during your next visit.
