When it comes to the financial proof can I use my 401k, IRA or brokerage account? I have more than enough in different investments accounts. I am an American.
Answer summary
The general consensus is that only liquid assets can be used as financial proof for visa applications in Thailand. Accounts like 401k, IRA, or brokerage accounts may not be accepted. It's advised to liquidate your investment holdings and transfer the funds to a personal checking account, allowing them to remain there for at least three months. Visa authorities prefer liquid assets readily available in a bank account with statements showing your name and address.

Move the dough to a Bank for the 3 months.. I know Fidility has Spaxx a money Market Vangaurd has one ect..account but it won't work. They want a bank with statements, preferably with your address on statements. Its better your doing your research ahead of your Non refundable $400 bucks donation/fee.
