Hey folks, Iโm thinking about to apply the new LTR visa, and curious if they will take my salary paid by crypto as a prove of income? Anyone has any experience? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the new LTR visa application in Thailand and whether salary paid in cryptocurrency can be accepted as proof of income. Many comments highlight that the new visa rules are not yet established, and generally, income must be verifiable, including adherence to tax requirements on crypto earnings. Current sentiments suggest skepticism about the acceptance of crypto earnings due to the volatility of the currency and its classification.
LONG TERM RESIDENT (LTR) VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
The visas are not active yet, with a possible September start, but concerning your crypto earnings, they will only accept it if you paid your income tax on that income. That is a major requirement, showing your tax filings to verify your income.

Yeah, Crypto is so stable right now I am sure they will just use the monopoly money stamp "Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200" :-)

No one can answer your question because the new visas don't exist yet and the rules haven't been written.
Based off the light information released a few weeks ago, it's unlikely as most of them mention salary and the remote worker one mentions you have to work for a company that's publicly listed on a stock market or that the company needs 150 million in income for the previous few years. There are 4 categories though so you'd have to be specific but any answers given mean nothing right now because the rules don't exist yet.
