Approved in Warsaw!

Just received my workcation DTV from the Thai Royal Embassy in Warsaw. No additional documents were requested, and the process took just 12 days. The application was kept in pending document check status for most of the duration so that made me a little anxious, but all turned out well in the end.

Timeline:

-07.01 applied for visa

-08.01 status changed to "pending document check"

-16.01 status changed to "pending approval"

-19.01 6:30PM approved!

I'm a business owner running a sole proprietorship.

Submitted documents:

Proof of location

-Polish ID card scan+Polish driving license

Business documents:

-Motivation letter to the embassy

-Company profile+company description of activities

-Statement of remote work (my sole proprietorship formally allowing myself to work remotely)

-legal business documents from CEIDG

-income invoices from the past 6 months (to match data in financial documents)

Financial documents:

-500k in Revolut bank account (statement of balances, current only) +6 months of filtered transaction statements from clients to confirm steady income.

I did my best to make everything as transparent as possible, with a table of contents for both financial documents and business documents. No translations were needed as I could get all the necessary documents in English.

Thank You for your helpful report πŸ‘

Congratulations πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.

That's what you should do... print it out.

You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.

Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.

Anonymous participant 453 that’s why I used Revolut for bank statements- can be generated in English. Invoices already had an english copy so no translation needed. Documents in Polish are not accepted, so either sworn translations or try to get the documents in English already
