Good morning, okay now I'm going to be in Taipei in November so I'm thinking I'm just going to apply while I am there fingers crossed that it can still be done in person in one day.

I have a few things I might be worried about till I was wondering if anyone could give me the email address for the Consulate in Taipei I'm legally blind and seem to be struggling to find it

Some potential concerns I have.

I own my own as Corporation registered business within the US what documents is it that I need to provide to show that that is my source of income.

Do I need to prove source of income because I just do s distributions as needed so it is not a consistent payment schedule.

I have just changed Banks with my main account so therefore I do not have 6 months of active statements I have other bank accounts where there's less activity to no activity.

Thank you for all of your help

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user plans to apply for a Thai visa in Taipei, expressing concerns about required documentation and proving income from their U.S.-based corporation. They seek the email address for the relevant consulate and inquire about the necessary documents, particularly regarding inconsistent income distributions and insufficient bank statements due to a recent bank change. Community responses provide guidance on contacting the Thai consulate, necessary documents like incorporation papers and a work contract, and advice on income proof through bank statements and other financial records.

You need to provide them with *a copy of your Official company incorporation documents.*write a "to whom it may concern "company letter with company letterhead giving permission from your company for yourself to work remotely from Thailand for a period of 5 years . Also make yourself a work contract if you don't already have one again with official company letterhead for the role you are doing in your business. I did mine using chat gpt and made sure to put in the contract permission to work remotely once more. This should be enough but I suggest to be prepared to show proof of your funds being able to support yourself even though i didn't need this myself ( i applied in Jakarta in person) it may vary depending on the embassy you apply at.

I added more by editing my above post as i hit enter too early but Also of course you will need Passport photos Show the required funds in your bank account etc etc above I am just answering the question as to what you need for company owner working remotely

They are ok with one bank statement of 500K THB but 6mths strengthens your case. Bring what statements you have to avoid delays in approval. Source of income is proven via bank statements, tax returns, invoices, receipt of payments etc.

what Andi is saying here is also true you may or may not need the above but its good to assume the worst and be able to prove if you need it because they ask you. If you can bring a copy of these in case you need then you will be prepared and will be able to reduce time to get your visa. I got mine in 3 days at Jakarta without needing proof of business income FYI but had them just in case i needed to show regardless.
