What are the financial requirements for the DTV application in Vientiane, Laos?

I have a question regarding the DTV application in Vientiane, Laos.

For the 500,000 THB financial requirement, do they expect you to have maintained 500,000 THB throughout the entire 3-month statement period?

Or do they simply review the last 3 months of bank statements to ensure everything looks legitimate and financially stable?

For example, would a situation like this be acceptable?

Month 1: 300,000 THB

Month 2: 400,000 THB

Month 3: 500,000+ THB

With 500,000+ THB available at the time of application.

Has anyone recently applied in Vientiane with a similar situation, and if so, what was your experience?
