Hi, sorry for that "stupid" question but i try to find out without success, i was on a Non B from 14 february till 13 May and didnt do my first 90 days report as amnesty was announced. As i understand i have to do it now between 1st august till 31 august. My question is, can i do it at Chamchuri square or only at Chaengwattana and what dcoument except passport are needed. Thanks in advance for your kind help

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the procedure for submitting a 90-day report after overstaying the deadline due to amnesty and asked if they could submit the report at Chamchuri Square, or if it was only possible at Chaengwattana, as well as what additional documents would be required.

If you came into Thailand using the sticker you bought from a Thai Consulate and got 90 days of stay, you do not have to make 90 day reports.

I see. Thanks a lot for the clarification Robert!

Because you where only allowed to be inside Thailand for 90 days and you are in overstay (due to this amnesty without fines) since April.

@Robert ******
i made the Non B in a consulate for a work permit, but since lost my job due to covid, so without visa since 13 may. Does it make it no need to report the 90 days as you mention?
