Is the Immigration office open on Monday, May 3rd.  I know are closed on Tuesday the 4th.

Did online 90 day report and was approved BUT on RECEIPT OF NOTIFICATION, Next appointment date, they did not change the date, in bottom left corner....still states most current due date.

In Chiang Mai you can go to either the Promenada Mall location OR the main office by the airport (that has the drive thru lane)

you don't have an extension coming up for renewal do you?

The reason I ask IS, (and this appears to be a new policy since the system came back online AND by mail in too)

If you have an extension coming due in the next 90 days they will only approve the next 90 day report until the date the extension is due.

Otherwise you're gonna hafta go out to the immigration office and see what's what with it

sure you printed out the actual receipt and not just the confirmation that it's approved? First time I did it I thought I had to print out this one below but it wasn't

that is NOT your receipt, You need to select the "next appointment" print choice

That is the one that gives you the "regular" receipt like you get when you show up in person (that shows your next 90 day report date on it)

I think the online is having some teething problems. Mine was sat waiting to be approved for a number of days. Cancelled it and had a drive down to Muang Thong Thank in the end.
