Is the new Kalasin Immigration Office fully operational for residents?

For Kalasin Residents. I just did a 90 day report at the new Kalasin Immigration Office, easy to find, just follow google maps. The, I assume top man (he had two stripes on each shoulder) was very friendly. He introduced himself as Mr. Egg, or in Thai, Khun Kai, his English was quite good. He said that the office was fully functioning now, and for Kalasin Residents to use it, not Sakon Nakhon.
