For Thailand visa bank statement requirement, Can I submit a business Account Balance Summary(company name, my name, balance#, date, avg balance, etc) with my full name on it? I don't have any personal checking/saving account.

It's probably fine. Just submit it and they'll come back and ask for something else if they don't like it. Not generally a big deal making a mistake on the Visa applications

I think you’ll find it needs to be a personal bank account in your name with a minimum amount in all year. An average balance is not good enough
