Can I still use my test & go pass if I can't complete my PCR test 12 hours before my flight?

Hi, i have just received my approval for test & go less than 12 hours before i am due to fly so i am unable to get a PCR done in time, is it still possible to use the pass within 72 hours of original date ?

You flying from Heathrow? There's some places doing 2 hour PCR if you're prepared to pay I believe. Might be cheaper than changing flights despite the extra charge for fast turnaround

Yes. Flight changes are permitted up to 72 hours after the original date you entered when you lodged.
