TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of using their approved Test & Go pass despite being unable to complete a PCR test less than 12 hours before their flight. Community responses confirmed that flight changes are allowed up to 72 hours after the original date and advised notifying hotels of the delay.

Yes as Mark said but also notify your hotels as they will be expecting you on the original flight

You flying from Heathrow? There's some places doing 2 hour PCR if you're prepared to pay I believe. Might be cheaper than changing flights despite the extra charge for fast turnaround
