Multi entry B, last entry stamp good till June 7, Visa expires December. Can I now stay until  July 31 without doing anything ?

your stamp doesn't expire until JUNE, so I'd say you're jumping the gun a little asking if you can stay until the extended amnesty (that isn't law yet) runs out at the end of July.

I'd say IF they can get the borders open you'd need to bounce like you're supposed to on that visa.

BUT let's wait and see what happens when your stamp gets a little closer to expiring
