once you’ve done one “in person” report, you are then in the immigration database and can then do further 90 day reports online or through the app. Jeff **********

I don’t know about Krabi but in Phuket they have a drive through service. You hand over your passport (and nothing else) and within 5 minutes you’re done. I can’t see how an agent would help other than if you can’t spare the time for a trip to the immigration office.
