Today chonburi sandbox also open , me currently in AQ in chonburi arrived on 29 Jan 2022 and first test negative , can can roam outside my hotel ?

Check with front desk if you are vaccinated its possible. If you are unvaccinated no chance

 no it's not, he entered as an AQ tourist not Sandbox. He has to complete his full quarantine period. You can't change half way through

 when they changed from everybody full asq to sandbox some people who were in full asq but vaccinated were let out early

 interesting, they shouldnt have been but then I am not surprised. Some hotels seem very lax with the rules

 it was only people that would have qualified for the sandbox, correct country vaccination status etc

You're in AQ and not Sandbox. So I would check with the hotel if they will allow you to apply the new rules. Usually the conditions you entered in are applied.

That’s what sandbox is…congrats on negative test…must make sure you honor your entry requirements. Easy to ask front desk their expectations. Today my friends had tourist police in halls because someone tested positive and wouldn’t go to quarantine. So I thinks a sensitive issue - but for sure the front desk is the best way to win friends and do your sandbox properly.
