Can I return to Thailand with a multiple-entry retirement visa if I have sole custody of my son?
im.in SEOUL KOREA. I have a new one year thai multiple entry retirement visa. my 12 year old son is with a nanny in Thailand. i have sole legal custody from the Thai court i am his biological father on his birth certificate. Can i use my valid Retirement visa to return? its an O visa. My son has no mother or other family.

Should be no reason why not. You still need to apply for the COE. I read your situation in previous post maybe a visit to explain and get a contact from someone there.

Where did you get the new one year multi-entry "retirement" visa?
As far as requesting permission to re-enter thailand, you would apply to return based on having a half thai child
BUT
you should be able to use the currently valid retirement visa as the visa you enter with
you need to contact the thai consulate in Seoul to start the request to re-enter process, get the quarantine booked, repatriation flight, covid insurance etc.
