Okay, thanks for the compliment but I do not see a reason to discuss any further. It depends on your Immigration Office, please give them a call or a visit and if you are there, get directly the hand out with requirements and you know what to prepare and when to apply.

If you live in an area where Immigration Office allows you to apply during the last 45 days, yes, if not then it will be during the last 30 days.
