Can I renew my Thai driving license if I have a DTV and APEC?
I had a Thai driving license while I was working in Thailand which expires today. I moved my work contract to HK in January but am in Thailand a lot. I have DTV and APEC. Am I able to renew my Thai driving license with these? Thanks for any advice.

You'll very likely need a Certificate of Residence issued by Thai Immigration (Form TM.16). A TM30 alone is not sufficient, and embassies generally do not issue residence certificates for this purpose anymore. Plus all the things like medical certificate. Etc

Yes but as you're on a DTV you will likely only get 2 years

Yes. Some have got a 5 year renewal and others 2 years but you can renew. The period comes down to the office renewing.
