Can I renew my Thai driving license if I have a DTV and APEC?

I had a Thai driving license while I was working in Thailand which expires today. I moved my work contract to HK in January but am in Thailand a lot. I have DTV and APEC. Am I able to renew my Thai driving license with these? Thanks for any advice.

Yes. Some have got a 5 year renewal and others 2 years but you can renew. The period comes down to the office renewing.
