Hi everyone. I applied for a non o 90 visa. Later I want change into retirement visa. Just one question: what if I don't have the visa the time I booked my flight. Can I come in? On what base? I have a lease contract 21st of February. The Thai Embassy says it can take 8 weeks.

The non-O is the retirement visa.

If you do not get your visa before you leave, then you will enter Thailand as a tourist if you qualify for visa exempt entry. Then if your visa comes after you enter, you will need to leave Thailand and return to use the visa.
