So with the test and go opening back up.. any information on whether I can land in Phuket and fly to Bangkok on the same day? Or will I have to remain in the Phuket sandbox for the week?

Likely not since sandbox and test and go aren’t the same entry scheme. Why not just reapply under the test and go scheme ?
