Question! If I book a 1 month unlimited class, do you think I can be granted a DTV Visa? Is it risky?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus in the comments is that a 1-month unlimited class may not be sufficient for obtaining a DTV Visa, which typically requires at least a 6-month duration for the course related to soft power activities. Several commenters mentioned that a 6-month course is generally considered safer and more reliable, as some individuals reported success with 1-month courses but advised that this approach carries risks, especially depending on the visa application location and the type of courses pursued.

What kind of class?

Why don’t you go to the Thai E Visa official website and spend 10 minutes doing your own research on what is required for a DTV visa?

Phuhleeeze 😅

Where are you now,?

Where will you be applying for the DTV visa?

Which soft power activity ?

And you want to get a 5 year multiple entry DTV visa with only one month of soft power activity ?

Anonymous participant pardon me but one month will likely lead to either being DENIED for the DTV visa ....

Or as we have recently seen from the Vietnam Thai Embassy and Consulate....

....They issue a SETV single entry tourist visa instead of the DTV visa.

....As that gives you 60 days STAMP on arrival and you can do the Muay Thai training in one month.

Even 6 months might not be enough depending where you apply. I'd suggest a little over 6 months

Better spend the money you'll most obviously have to shell out (on a second visa attempt) on a 6-month course (unlimited or not).

That's indeed risky.
