Hello, I’m looking to apply for the DTV visa online. Is proof of one month Muy Thai classes enough to apply or does it need to be more time? I saw a few ppl mention Tiger Eye, any other suggestions would be appreciated . Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for the duration of Muay Thai classes when applying for a DTV visa can vary depending on the embassy. While some expats have reported successful applications with just one month of classes, others recommend a minimum of six months. It's best to directly contact the embassy you are applying to for their specific requirements. Additionally, Tiger Eye Martial Arts seems to be a noted option, with positive feedback regarding their approval letters.

I had to do 6months 1 session a week, but I train Muay Thai anyway so not an issue with paying up front

Another of those questions that you need to find on the website of the Embassy you will apply at.

Different Embassies = different requirements.

Yes, I spoke with Tiger Eye Martial Arts and they said their letter they write has received approval and I don't think it stated 6 months. You should contact the owner Bashir. Very responsive.

Wouldn’t risk it, someone recently got rejected for just 2 week cooking course

The best is to get 6 month ….but 1 group session a week. About 8000-

Would agree Charles. There has been a report of DTV granted for one dental appointment. Sounds tempting but do you want to risk losing your fee if rejected?

A month can be acceptable depending on the Embassy. You need to contact the embassy you will apply from and ask the length of course needed for approval.
