I have a 60 day tourist visa which I would like to extend by 30 days. It is my understanding that I can do this at Laksi, is this correct? Also how early into my 60 day visa can I apply for the extension, I will only be 2 weeks into the trip when I arrive in Bangkok.
TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 60-day tourist visa by 30 days, you cannot do this at Laksi. Instead, you need to go to the Chaeng Watthana office in Bangkok. You can apply for the extension when you have 45 days or less remaining on your visa. It is also recommended to make an appointment in advance due to long queues, and to download and fill out all necessary forms before your appointment to expedite the process.
