TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether individuals who entered Thailand on a tourist visa before the amnesty can extend their stay for an additional 60 days. Key points include the importance of the expiration date of the entry stamp rather than the entry date itself. For those whose entry stamp expired after the start of the amnesty on March 26, they may still have the opportunity to extend their stay.

It is when your stamp EXPIRED. and it looks like you applied for and were denied an extension on the 23 of march and allowed to stay until the 28th of march :/
I see a visit to the immigration office in your near future, as in your real near future because you're on amnesty that expires on Saturday.

When did your 60 day tourist visa entry stamp expire? It's NOT entering before amnesty that matters, it's having your entry stamp expire AFTER amnesty started (Mar 26th)
