TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the possibility of delays and taxes when receiving documents via DHL. Users share their experiences, indicating that while delays can occur, many have successfully received documents without incurring taxes, particularly if the items have no commercial value. I have had documents sent from America quite a few times via DHL and FedEx and have never been delayed or taxed.

It usually takes about 3-5 days and is hand delivered.

I would advise making sure the sender puts your phone number on the shipping label because they will call you for delivery.
