Anyone has an experience with entering Thailand by land for a third time and getting two weeks stay? Just wondering, cause my friend just did visa run in Nan province (second land entry) and officer told that was last time for free, next time 2k bath.
I will appreciate any advice.
Thank you!
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about entering Thailand by land for a third time to obtain a two-week stay, sharing their friend's recent experience with a visa run in Nan province. Respondents highlighted that typically, travelers can only receive two 30-day visa exempt entries by land in a calendar year, although some exceptions may occur that deviate from the official rules. They advised caution, as exceeding the limit could result in illegal status in the country.
