I am currently on 90 day Non-O visa and will be applying for 1 year retirement visa in January. Can I do this anywhere in the country or does it have to be at the office I recevied the 90 Day. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The current holder of a 90-day Non-O visa wishing to apply for a 1-year retirement visa may encounter restrictions. Most immigration offices typically require that the application for the retirement visa be submitted at the same office that issued the initial 90-day visa. The advice is to remain consistent by using one office for the application process.
