TLDR : Answer Summary
When making a border run to Satun, Malaysia with a Non-O Multiple Entry spouse visa, you should at a minimum have your passport with the visa and the entry stamp. It may also be advisable to carry 20,000 THB in cash, as some travelers have reported mixed experiences at the border. There are two primary crossings in Satun: one at Thale Ban National Park and the other via boat from Satun City to Langkawi.

Satun Province has two border crossings.. The one most used these days is in the Thale Ban National Park.

The other is at the pier in Satun City - take a boat to Langkawi and back.
