Can I do a quick visa run with a DTV after my 180 days in Thailand?
Hi! Has anyone done a visa run with a DTV after 180 days? Can I just fly out of Thailand for a few hours or one day and come back to get another 180 days? Is there any minimum time I need to stay outside Thailand? What’s your experience?

Yes just leave and return, do it just before your days are up not after. I did 20 mins in Laos last week.

You need to do it before the 180 days is up not after. You can do same day border hop or stay a night or more and then get a fresh 180 day stamp on your return.
