Hello all, Is it possible to deposit the 800,000 baht requested for the retirement visa into a foreign currency account (US $) or ın an interest-bearing baht account? I might have missed ıf this detail has already been talked over. It is necessary to protect the inflation value of the money. Thank you for your answers in advance. 🙏

IBD rates are sub 2%, you either want the visa or don’t, there are obviously ways to circumvent the process but they are exactly that, ask yourself if securing a small amount of cash is an issue to you, can you really afford to reside in Thailand long term, my 20 cents
