Hello! One question in the following case:

Actually I didn't have a work permit and a dependent visa.

Is it possible to be co-owner of a company? The company is founded by an other non Thai.

Can I get a work permit as co-owner and a following visa (non-O) ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of being a co-owner of a company in Thailand without having a work permit or dependent visa. Responses clarified that while it is possible for a foreigner to be a shareholder, specific conditions must be met: principally, at least 51% of the company must be owned by Thai nationals, and further requirements such as a minimum capital investment and employment of Thai staff for obtaining a work permit were highlighted.
