Hi all, I will be heading back to Thailand and have just got a non o work visa ( real job ). My Filipino gf and son are coming with me. We have all been before but on tourist visa with covid extensions. Can I please ask what options are they for my gf and son? And if we get married will it make any difference? Thanks in advance

I assume you mean Non B work visa. Thailand doesn’t recognise girlfriends or civil partnerships, only marriage.

If you are on a long term visa and were married she could get a dependent visa off the back of yours. Not married then very difficult other than tourist visas and border bounces, which may work for a while but isn’t a long term prospect.
